update

Time to recap.

Yesterday's work at Low Yat was a boring one. First, I was 'lost' inside Low Yat. My agent told me the shop was located at 2nd floor, I went up and took me about 10 minutes to search the secluded shop lot but the staff there told me I went to the wrong one. When I was at the right place, it was already 11.30 a.m.. I stood the whole day but only managed to get one fella signed up. It was bad ok cause I got quite alot the week before at Times Square. So lazy to work but like what my friend told me, I'm making money. Yes, money motivates me.

I concluded that most of the people working in Low Yat are uncivilised. You know, those seafood type. Why? They smoked inside the building ok! The air ventilation was so bad I tell you. I was suffering inside. You smokers want to die then go die lah, please don't risk my life. Smoke to release stress? Bullshit. I'm proud to say I don't smoke. Very.

Anyway, I slept less than four hours only eh, woke up quite early today because it's the Qing Ming festival.

Tomb Sweeping Day and Clear Brightness Festival are the most common English translations of Qingming Festival. Tomb Sweeping Day is used in several English language newspapers published in the
Republic of China.

For the Chinese, it is a day to remember and
honour one's ancestors at grave sites. Young and old pray before the ancestors, sweep the tombs and offer food, tea, wine, chopsticks, (joss) paper accessories, and/or libation to the ancestors. The rites are very important to most Chinese and especially farmers. Some people carry willow branches with them on Qingming, or put willow branches on their gates and/or front doors. They think that willow branches help ward off the evil ghosts that wander on Qingming. Also on Qingming, people go on family outings, start the spring plowing, sing, dance, and Qingming is a time where young couples start courting.

Left home at about 7a.m. cause had to go Petaling Street to buy roasted duck. It was freaking jam lah, all thanks to the Am Bank's marathon (your sponsorship for the marathon worth it lah, at least I remembered it was Am Bank. Lolz). The jam story continued at KL-Seremban highway, somewhere near Nilai's pit stop where Nilai Memorial Park is located. Was stucked in the jam for about 25 minutes just to get in! My brother said it doesn't looked like a Qing Ming festival, more to like a carnival instead. Lolz! Reached home at 12 p.m. and I immediately hit my bed after I've taken my shower. Slept till 6 p.m.. Hehe!

Yes yes, time for me to search informations for my assignment. Haih, back to the same old routine.

tired, really tired

- she....she...she's my cousin lah! coincidently bumped into her during the event.

I was working for U Mobile over the weekend. From 11am, till 9pm (with two hours break). It was really tiring. But what to do? Desperate for money. Lolz! Am going to work again this Saturday. During the last weekend, I was so worried for my first graded presentation which happened today (Monday). I only started on Sunday night. Braved through the presentation and quite satisfied with my performance. Just one thing lah, I forgot to include the conclusion part (but I think my lecturer didn't realise it, hahah!). Now I can focus on my PR assignment. Eh wait! The duedate has been postponed to two weeks later than the proposed date. I'd prefer the duedate stick to next week lor. Don't care lah, will just start also (can you believe that I'm going to National Library tomorrow to borrow PR books? Lolz!).

PR assignment looks easy but need to review it again and again. Well, PR mah. Spelling must be correct. Grammar must be correct. It's 35% eh! 5% goes to presentation, which I like =). How I wish if it's 10%?

Something not-so-important, but just to let you guys know. I have started to consume those weight-gain/protein drink thingy. Thanks to my friend la. But I want some fats also lah. Haih, people pay to lose weight, I pay to gain weight =(. Those drink not cheap kay!

twice the sadness

I went to KLCC today, to celebrate my friend's 21st birthday. As there were 12 of us, we waited for quite some time at Chilis. Knowing that my employee card is expiring soon Two of my friends and I went to the Starbucks at third floor. I was telling them that I might not be getting the staff price as all three Starbucks KLCC's partners already knew I'm no longer a partner. However, there was someone there that was nice enough to give me staff price. He is the supervisor there lah (it only took him four months to get promoted. cause he's really a good barista), he treated me a free drink too (note: I didn't ask for the free drink ok). In the end, I got Iced Grande Caramel Macchiato for free (",). How nice is he right? Ohh, the first thing he told me was "Whao, you're thinner already ler". That's sadness number one.

After the celebration at Chilis, we headed to Nailis's Place in Sentul. The main point is, when my friends and I wanted to leave, I saw this long-lost friend. Didn't contact her since Form 5 I guess. The first line, "Cheng Han, you're thinner already!" That's sadness number two lah I tell you. So sad! I have always thought that I've gained weight since secondary school but I was wrong. Sigh~ I'm so wanted to gain weight ok.

- instead of a traditional cake, we used 21 donuts from Big Apple =)

- mostly my Std.6 classmates. we're very united huh?

week two down

Second week was about the same as first week. Same shit but different week. Anyway, the meeting with Sarah, the Sawwaa lawa was fun, I enjoyed annoying her so much! Come on Sarah, I know you miss to be annoyed by me and you had a great time too. Admit it! Wakakakakakakakakak!

My degree so far so good lah, at least the BCB tutorial on Fridays can be changed to Tuesdays. Meaning I have a longer weekend. That's good. See the picture below? That's my readings so far. Crazy man I tell you. The other day I was holding the notes (readings for presentation), instead of reading them, I fell asleep. I know, hopeless right? Don't care lah, at least I've done my part for the presentation. Haih, not looking forward to Week 4. That is when my assignments due + tutorial assessment for BCB + graded presentation.

My sister came back from Bandung few days ago. Seeing her coming back with so many things (mostly shirts and polo tees) I should really work hard now and save money. Somebody please give me some guidance on how to save money. I always failed to do so. Lolz.

Ohh, I was surprised by my junior in secondary school when he asked me to view NST's online site because apparently, one of them was named the SPM Top Scorer/ Best Student in Federal Territory. My school is famous for its STPM result, never for SPM. To date, this is the first time I guess that SPM students did so well.
